Coach Alvie and his staff are very passionate and committed to getting the best out of our players. Our mission is to inspire dedication and love for the game of soccer for the next generation of soccer players. 

 

We will provide the best combination of competitive, challenging, and fun environments for all our training sessions. Our sessions well be well-equipped and professionally planned.

Coach Alvie

Talent is hard work

He hails from Santiago, Chile. In Chile, Alvie played at the highest youth level for Santiago Morning, a pro team in Chile, from age 17-19. After finishing high school, he decided to play soccer in America at MidAmerica Nazarene University (MNU). Alvie was a four-year starter and the staple of the MNU defense and midfield each year and played for the Kansas City Comets. 

 

In 2012, he was Third Team All-Conference and led the Pioneers to a final four round appearance in NAIA National Tournament.  In 2013, he earned Second Team All-Conference as a sophomore, and the Pioneers made a second-round appearance in the National Tournament. In 2014, he earned Second Team All-Conference and the Pioneers second round of the National Tournament again. In 2015, he was named First Team All-Conference, All-Region, team captain, and led the team to their greatest playoff run in school history – Runner Up in the National Tournament and Honorable Mention All American. After that, Coach Alvie kept playing soccer at the highest level, joining the professional indoor team Kansas City Comets in the 2018 and 2020 seasons.

Coaching and Player Experience

  • USSF C License. Kansas Rush U10-U13 Age Group Director

  • Played at the highest youth level at Santiago Morning Academy in Chile. Team captain and Nationals Runner-up.

  • Played College at Mid America Nazarene University (2012-2016). Team Captain, 1st team All-Conference, All-Region, All-American, Nationals Runner-up (Senior year). 

  • Played for the Kansas City Comets in the 2017 and 2020 seasons. 

  • Assistant Coach for MidAmerica Nazarene University Women's Soccer - 2019-2021

  • USSF U13 & U14 Boys Regionals qualifier in 2021 and 2022 

  • USSF U14 Boys State Cup Champion - 2022

Coach Javi Beltran Salvo was born and raised in Santiago, Chile. He played at the highest youth level for two professional teams, Santiago Morning (U12-U16) and CD Cobresal (U17-U19). He played collegiately at MidAmerica Nazarene University, where he was part of the team crowned Heart of America Conference regular-season champion (2016) and made two appearances in the NAIA Nationals Tournament in 2016 & 2017. He was named 3rd team All-Conference in 2018 & 2019 in his last two years. 

He received his Bachelor's in Sports Management with a minor in Coaching and a Master's in Science of Management while at MNU, where he also won the Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete award two years in a row. He served as the graduate assistant coach for MNU from 2021-2023, where he had two appearances in the NAIA Nationals Tournament (2021 & 2022). Additionally, he has coached at the youth level for 6 years. 

 

Coach Javi is currently pursuing a Master's in Business Administration at Benedictine College, where he was named the Graduate Assistant Coach in the summer of 2023. He currently holds a USSF C License and coaches for the Kansas Rush Soccer Club.
